Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matrimonial suit in respect of which the present application has been preferred, has already been disposed of by the court below by a judgment on admission dated August 21, 2021. Accordingly, the present revisional application has become infructuous and prayed for passing necessary order.

Accordingly, CO 475 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous.

Copy of the order dated August 21, 2021 filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
