AGP Ms. Sayantanee Bhattacharya ...for the State The petitioner's grievance is that he has found from the break up of marks published by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education that candidates who got lesser marks than him have been recommended and got appointment whereas he has not been given any recommendation and appointment.

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to hear the petitioner or his advocate concerned with all documents required for coming to a proper conclusion in this matter and to pass a reasoned order. The order is to be given by four weeks from date of communication of this order and the communication of the order has to be made

immediately after the order is passed and not later than seven days from the date of hearing.

With the above observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
