Petitioner complains that, Estate Acquisition Appeal No.01 of 2015 is pending before the First Additional District Judge at Barasat.

Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of such appeal.

State is represented.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State submits that, the appeal itself before the First Additional District Judge is not maintainable. 5.

We need not enter into the maintainability of the appeal or any other issues that the parties raises in the pending appeal in view of the fact that, the petitioner simplicitor seeks an expeditious disposal of an appeal by way of the present revisional application. Consequently, without entering into the merits of the appeal itself including its maintainability, we request the

learned First Additional District Judge at Barasat to dispose of the Estate Acquisition Appeal being E.A. Appeal No.01 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order to it. 6.

We make such request in view of the long pendency of the Estate Acquisition Appeal before the learned First Additional District Judge, Barasat.

COLRT 1 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
