And In Re : Samirum Hoque @ Samiul Sk.

...... petitioner Mr. Anisur Rahaman ....for the petitioner Mr. Navanil De ....for the State Prayer of the anticipatory bail of the mother of the petitioner was rejected on July 7, 2022, passed in C.R.M.(A) 3205 of 2022.

The victim implicated the petitioner, and his mother in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the application being CRM (A) 674 of 2023 is dismissed.
