1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious tiral of Mat Suit No. 1057 of 2019.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice. The service of notice stands dispensed with.

3. Considering the pendency of this suit, learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the Mat Suit No. 1057 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.

5. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
