Ms. Mamata Jana, learned Advocate has filed Vakalatnama in the Department duly executed by the petitioner bearing filing no. A-6290.

The instant criminal revision arises out of an order dated 26th April, 2018 passed by the Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court at Howrah in Criminal Appeal No. 103 of 2017 reversing the order dated 31st October, 2017 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Howrah in Misc. Case No. 339 of 2017. It is required to be noted that the petitioner filed an application under Sections 12/19/20/22/23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act in the Trial Court for certain relief. It is submitted by the Learned Advocates for both the parties on instruction that the dispute between the parties have amicably been settled and the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant application.

In view of such stand being taken by the petitioner, the instant revisional application be dismissed being not pressed by the petitioner.
