He points out that the name of "Mr. Kausheyo Roy" and "Mr. Subhajit Barman" has wrongly been shown in the order dated 23.02.2026, finally disposing of the writ petition, as learned advocate representing the respondents. The two learned advocates above-named are representing the added respondent nos.1, 4 and 5; and 2 and 3 respectively.

These respondents were added pursuant to the Court's order dated 06.11.2025. 3.

The submission is reflected from the records. 4.

The typographical error pointed out in the order dated 23.02.2026 is apparent.

Therefore, we direct that the name of Mr.

Kausheyo Roy be read in the order dated

23.02.2026 as learned advocate for the added respondent nos.1, 4 and 5. The name of Mr.

Subhajit Barman be read as an advocate for the added respondent nos.2 and 3.

The order dated 23.02.2026 stands modified accordingly.

We direct the Department to ensure that the corrections are incorporated in the cause title of the writ petition.
