Mr. De, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the revisional application was preferred challenging the warrant of arrest issued by the jurisdictional court. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have appeared and surrendered before the learned court and their bail has been regularised, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 508 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
