[ It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order passed in Civil Appeal Nos. 7096-97 2021 (Arising out of SLP (civil) Nos. 2757-2758 of 2021) on 29th November, 2021 Hon'ble Supreme Court by invoking their power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, has been pleased to allow the divorce between the parties by mutual consent and thereby passed order that all the pending cases including the present one stands quashed/disposed of/settled.

In the above background, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for passing necessary order. Perused the copy of the judgement and in view of the same, make a note that the C.O. No. 423 of 2019 has already been disposed of vide judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court on 29th November, 2021.
