Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the interim bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled by the learned Sessions Court and a warrant of arrest was issued. He wants to surrender before the learned trial court. Since the interim bail was cancelled, it was incumbent upon the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court forthwith.

Hence, no order need be passed in this case.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
