Petitioner renews the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection on August 11, 2021. He submits that the police filed charge-sheet on August 14, 2021. He refers to paragraph 5 of the petition. He submits that the petitioner suffers from various ailments. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was absconding and did not co-operate with the investigations. She submits that the co-ordinate Bench rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. There is no material in the petition in support of the contention that the petitioner is ailing.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 951 of 2022, is rejected.
