1. Inadvertent typographical errors had crept into the orders dated 18.09.2023 and 23.11.2023.

2. In the cause title portion of the orders 'CRM 610 of 2023' shall be read as CRM (DB) 610 of 2023'.

3. In the 4th line of the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 23.11.2023 the words 'Chapra Police Station' be replaced as follows :

4. 'Kaliaganj Police Station for the petitioner no. 1 and Purbasthali Police Station for the petitioners no. 2,3 and 4'.

5. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the said order.

6. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

7. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
