Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down on merits on four earlier occasions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite direction of this Court trial is yet to be concluded. The petitioner seeks bail solely on the ground of delay in trial. Learned counsel for the defacto complainant opposes the prayer.

Learned counsel for the State submits that two more witnesses are remaining to be examined and examination of witnesses shall be completed within three months from date. Considering the observations made by this Court earlier as well as material on record before me, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
