The petitioner is in custody for more than 3 years 3 months. Only the victim till date has been examined. Next date has been fixed for examination of the doctor by the learned trial Court. It has been submitted that accused petitioner has prayed for narco analysis and polygraph test. So far as these applications are concerned, let them be fixed on different dates.

In the meantime, learned trial Court would proceed with the trial. After the evidence of the doctor which is fixed on the next date is over, learned trial Court would fix evidence of the de facto complainant. It has been submitted there are 15 witnesses. The vulnerable witnesses be completed by 31st July, 2026. Thereafter, the petitioner be released on bail on

such terms and conditions as the learned trial Court deems fit and proper.

In case the evidence of the vulnerable witnesses cannot be completed in spite of cooperation extended by the accused/petitioner, learned trial Court would after 31st July, 2026 release the petitioner on bail.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M) 496 of 2026 is disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
