Counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter pertains to transfer, which was refused on the ground of pending loan. The loan has since been repaid.

The petitioner now required new rules to apply for transfer under the Utshasree Portal. He may do so in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
