It appears that on 16th November, 2022, neither party was represented when the matter was taken up for hearing. Having considered the grounds shown in the application, it appears to be satisfactory and as such it is may be accepted.

In such view of the matter prayer for restoration is allowed. Let C.O. 436 of 2019 be restored in its original file with original number.

CAN 1 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.

Re: CO 436 of 2019 The petitioners are directed to serve a notice of restoration along with a copy of this order upon the

opposite party through speed post intimating the next date of hearing.

Let the matter appear on 24th April, 2024 under the heading "Contested Application".
