This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Appeal No.11 of 2018, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore, District 24 Parganas (South). The miscellaneous appeal arises out of an order passed by the learned trial judge allowing an ad interim order of injunction. The appellants have preferred the miscellaneous appeal along with an application for injunction.

This revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits of the applications filed in connection with the miscellaneous appeal but with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the all the pending applications within a period of two months from the next date fixed upon giving an opportunity to all the contesting respondents in the said appeal.

The learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and/or their learned advocate appearing in the learned court below.

The revisional application is disposed of.
