The subject matter of the present writ petition relates to a dispute between the mother against the son and the daughter-in-law.

Petitioner furnished a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour Police District on or about 21.09.2022.

Having considered the period of time which has elapsed and as none appears on behalf of the state, I direct the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks and to inform regarding the outcome of his decision within 15 days thereafter.

In case, the information/representation dated 21.09.2022 has been misplaced, the concerned office would intimate the petitioner, who would supply a copy of the representation dated 21.09.2022 at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3373 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
