The petitioner is aggrieved that the respondent no. 3 has not registered the petitioner in the West Bengal Health Scheme, despite an application. The petitioner is a retired government servant.

The petitioner had represented on 28.01.2022 to the respondents for such inclusion and had made a demand for justice but in vain.

In those circumstances, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the petitioner's representation and application for enrolment in the West Bengal Health Scheme mandatorily and positively within two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the respondent no. 3 for the aforesaid purpose and if any clarification is required, the respondent no. 3 may

communicate the same to the petitioner's advocate-onrecord, namely, Priya Nandy, Kestopur, Mondalpara, Chandiberia Road, Kolkata-700102, Emailpriya98nandy@gmail.com, Mob.-8622084878. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
