1. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman and the Teacher-in-charge of Burdwan Hari Sava Hindu Girls' High School (Morning) are personally present before this Court.

2. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman has filed a report indicating that the petitioner's application has been forwarded with approval of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

3. The Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall sit with the petitioner on 27th July, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. and it is expected that appropriate order of transfer of the petitioner shall be finalised. If vacancies are not available, in the Schools chosen by the petitioner, any other nearby School, may be indicated and the petitioner may accept the same.

4. It is also ordered that further steps by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall be done offline.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is, thus, disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
