Learned advocate for the private opposite party refers to paragraph 1 of the application for anticipatory bail and submits that, the order of rejection by the Sessions Court was disclosed and adverted to.

The petitioner before us is not alleging post bail misconduct on the part of the private opposite party. Contention with regard to suppression of the order of rejection of the Sessions Court is without any basis as noted above. In such circumstances, we find no reason to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite party.

CRM 989 of 2018 is dismissed.
