This is an appeal against acquittal passed in C. R. Case No. 135 of 2012 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagore. It appears that the instant appeal has been filed directly without filing special leave petition to file appeal. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to admit the appeal right now.

On the prayer of the learned advocate for the appellant, the appellant is directed to file special leave to file appeal in connection with the instant appeal within a fortnight positively with the photostat copy of the judgment and order of acquittal.
