Learned counsel appearing for the University and the State are present.

Counsel appearing for the University gives a brief narration of the facts. Counsel submits that the writ petitioner had challenged the order of termination in WPA 22137 (w) of 2015 which was dismissed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 8th January, 2016 noting the unsatisfactory service of the writ petitioner during his period of probation. The Division Bench confirmed the order of the First Court by a Judgment dated 13th April, 2017. Special Leave Petition from the said Judgment was also dismissed on 23rd February, 2018. Review of the order of the Supreme Court was also dismissed on 24th July, 2018.

Although this is a second time that the petitioner had not been represented, this Court is of the view that the contention of the petitioner of the criminal proceedings having a bearing on the termination is not correct.

WPA 3298 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
