1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the respondents in Title Appeal No.10 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Raghunathpur, Purulia, praying for expeditious hearing of the title appeal.

2. It appears from the record that 13th August, 2024 was fixed for hearing of arguments in the title appeal, but the same stood adjourned as the learned advocates of the local Bar Association adopted a resolution on 10th June, 2024.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application as well as the order of this court upon the appellants as well as the learned advocates appearing for the appellants in the said title appeal forthwith.

4. It is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioner that 19th February, 2025 is the next date fixed for hearing of the said appeal.

5. In view of such submission made on behalf of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional District Judge, Raghunathpur, Purulia, is requested to take hearing of the appeal on the next date fixed i.e. on 19th February, 2025 and to dispose of the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

6. CO 535 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
