Learned counsel for the State has raised the preliminary objection that public interest petition in the service matter relating to appointment cannot be entertained.

In view of the above objection, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. Prayer is allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
