Kutubuddin ........... for the State Upon hearing Mr. Khan, learned advocate appearing for the State and upon considering the averments made in the application, the condition of bail as incorporated in the order dated 16th August, 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall "meet the Officer-in-Charge, New Town Police Station once in a week until further orders" is modified to the effect that he shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, New Town Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.
