Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the case diary is now available. He submits that all the petitioners were absconding from the time the case was registered as the first information report in 2011. The police filed charge-sheet.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the long absconsion, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 956 of 2022 is rejected.
