When the writ petition is taken up for consideration Mr. Sukumar Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and draws attention of this Court to the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 10th July, 2012 on an intra-Court appeal being MAT 460 of 2012 ( Smt. Shefali Rani Saha -vs- Howrah Municipal Corporation & Ors.). From the said order dated 10th July, 2012 it appears that the connected writ petition being WPA 1858 of 2012 stood disposed of. Annexing copy of the order dated 10th July, 2012 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench a supplementary affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the petitioner which is taken on record. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 10th July, 2012 the department is directed to treat this writ petition as disposed of and not to show the same as pending in the system.
