Anima Pattanayak Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the order dated 17th February, 2020 which is annexed in this contempt application has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 18th May, 2023. As the order has already been set aside/modified by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the contempt application has become infructuous and is disposed of.
