Mr. P.K. Dutta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a police report wherefrom it is found that the proceeding corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3178 of 2003 arising out of Laketown Police Station Case No. 235 of 2003 dated September 16, 2003 under Sections 468/471/448/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code was finally disposed of by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar by delivering judgement dated on 12th of April, 2021 and acquitted the accused being the petitioner of this revisional application, under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This being the position, the instant revisional has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.R.R 348 of 2018 stands dismissed as infructuous.
