Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner has prayed for transfer from her present post as Lab Attendant (non-teaching staff) to another school based on steps taken by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE).

However, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission has informed this Court that 3rd Regional Selection Test (NT), 2016 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
