Petitioner is the principal accused. Victim has not been examined. Keeping in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the offence and as he does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been granted pre-arrest bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
