Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the seized articles including the fixed deposit which were kept along with interest have been received by the petitioner, as such, he has no more grievance so far as the prosecuting agency/investigating agency is concerned.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the petitioner, further pendency of the writ petition is

unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3463 of 2024 is disposed of.
