In light of the same, no further order can be passed on the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. The contempt application is disposed of. The rule is discharged.

The petitioner is given specific liberty to challenge the order of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Birbhum in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
