The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite holding a certificate of Bachelor of Science (Honours) Nursing from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar and having registered herself initially in Odisha, the subsequent application dated March 12, 2020 of the petitioner, seeking Reciprocal Registration in West Bengal, was refused to be accepted with the endorsement on the application that the marks were not "divided" in B.Sc. mark-sheets.

The petitioner submits that subsequently the petitioner was constrained to approach the All India

Medical Sciences and obtain a detailed mark-sheet containing the break-up of the marks obtained by the petitioner in all subjects.

Accordingly, WPA 4073 of 2021 is disposed of by granting the petitioner liberty to apply afresh for Reciprocal Registration before the West Bengal Nursing Council, the respondent no.2, upon annexing the mark-sheet containing break-up of the marks obtained by the petitioner in various subjects, along with other requisite certificates. If such application is made before the respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall accept the same and arrive at a decision thereon as early as possible, preferably within a fortnight from the date of filing of such application. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent website certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.

The respondents shall act on the communication of the learned advocates for the parties and/or server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of certified copy of this order.
