Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the purpose for which the present revisional application was preferred before this Court has been resolved and as such, he does not intend to proceed with the present application. Mr. Sur, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. In view of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the revisional application basically has become infructuous.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 515 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
