State and the private respondents are represented. Court is informed that the injunction application is yet to be finally decided. It was taken up for consideration on April 29, 2025.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere at the stage of interim injunction since the injunction petition is yet to be finally decided by the Tribunal. We, therefore, request the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of the prayer for injunction as

expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties preferably within a period of six weeks from May 19, 2025. We clarify that we did not enter into the merits of the rival claims in the present writ petition. All points raised by the parties are kept open.

W.P.L.R.T. 22 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
