1. This intra court appeal has been filed by three appellants; the first appellant was the writ petitioner, the second and the third appellants have also been included in this appeal for which no relief has been sought for.

2. As rightly held by the learned Single Bench the dispute is purely between the landlord and the tenant and the question of the court issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to accept the rent and issue receipt cannot be granted.

3. Thus, no grounds have been made out to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

4. Accordingly, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
