Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Let the report of the investigating officer, as produced by Mr. Kabir, be kept on record.

It appears that on the basis of the order dated 12th February, 2020 passed in CRM 1533 of 2020 the petitioners/applicants surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. There is also no adverse report against the petitioners. However, investigation is still in progress.

In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 12th February, 2020 passed in CRM 1533 of 2020 to the effect that 'the petitioners shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived. However, the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and meet with the investigating officer as and when called for.

With the above observations, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
