The petitioner seeks to approach the Land Acquisition Judge under Section 33 of the Land Acquisition Act in terms of the order passed by the District Magistrate and Collector, South 24 Parganas on 4th August, 2022 and seeks a direction upon the State respondents to provide the Memo by which compensation amount has been deposited before the said Court.

Learned counsel for the State respondents, in his usual fairness, has provided the Memo being No.

L.A./2054/1 (3) dated 11th February, 2022 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court this day. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
