On perusal of the order dated 22nd September, 2025, it is revealed that in the second line of the second paragraph of the first page instead of "on medical grounds of his spouse" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "on self medical ground" and in the second and fifth line of the third paragraph of the first page instead of "the petitioner's spouse" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "the petitioner". The other portion of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 shall remain the same. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
