1. Learned counsel for the petitioners alleges that the petitioners applied for new electricity connection, which was refused on the ground of apprehended splitting of load. The matter was duly referred to the concerned G.R.O.

(Grievance Redressal Officer), that is, the respondent no. 3. However, the dispute is pending before the GRO for long.

2. In view of the innocuous prayer of expeditious disposal of the same, the matter is taken up for hearing finally.

3. W.P.A. No. 3486 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the petitioners' complaint as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, positively within six weeks

from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no. 3.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
