Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the driver of the vehicle was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court on February 17, 2022 in CRM (A) 790 of 2022. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which such vehicle was seized by the authorities, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 962 of 2022 is rejected.
