Petitioner seeks relaxation of condition for anticipatory bail.

The condition of which relaxation is sought for, is the requirement of the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer till the conclusion of the investigation. Police filed chargesheet.

Therefore, the question of relaxation of such condition does not arise.

The application was filed subsequent to the filing of the chargesheet.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to put the petitioner on terms.

Petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with the State Legal Services Authority, Kolkata. In the event, such amount is not deposited within seven (07) days from date, the jurisdictional Court, will take that into consideration and realize the sum from the petitioner. C.R.M.(A) 963 of 2022 is disposed of.
