Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for the State The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction upon the respondent West Bengal Board of Primary Education for issuance of the TET certificate in their favour.

The petitioners are pursuing the training course and they require the TET qualified certificate for the purpose of participating in the recruitment process of primary school teachers.

Learned senior counsel representing the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the Board has taken a decision to issue certificate to all TET qualified candidates who possess the training

qualification or will obtain training qualification in future.

As the Board has primarily decided to issue the certificate in favour of trained qualified candidates accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Board to publish in their portal the modalities for handing over the certificate to the successful candidates only after the candidates obtain the training qualification.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
