The grievance of the petitioner is that though he participated in the tender process initiated by the Dahapara Gram Panchayet but the tender was not opened on the scheduled day.

The petitioner through his learned advocate made a representation before the Panchayet and alleges that the said representation has not been answered by the Gram Panchayet till date.

The learned advocate representing the Gram Panchayet submits, upon instruction, that the tender process was cancelled in view of scarcity of funds as per the direction of Artho O Parikalpana Samity.

As it appears that the bids have not been opened and the tender process has already been cancelled, accordingly, the petitioner will not be prejudiced in any manner whatsoever.

No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

WPA 4087 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
