Petitioner is in custody for 240 days. It is submitted she has been falsely implicated. She prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor girl. She was trafficked for exploitation as labour to Uttar Pradesh.

In view of the nature of the offence which partakes an organised crime activity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
