The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Baruipur Police Station Case No.243 dated 15.03.2013 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code. The relevant stage at which the petitioner approached this Court was immediately on the investigation commencing. No information has been furnished regarding the present progress or outcome of the said investigation. Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points raised in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 158 of 2015 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
