This is an application for a direction upon the Trial Court to dispose of Misc. Case No. 61/2021 being a proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure expeditiously. I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocate for the opposite parties. The application for interim maintenance was filed by the petitioner herein on 20th March, 2021. The said application is pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Katwa. During these two years, the application for interim maintenance has not been disposed of. Therefore, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Katwa is directed to dispose of the application for interim

maintenance filed by the petitioner in Misc. Case No. 61/2021 within one month from the date of communication of the order. With the above direction, the instant revision is disposed of. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.) Srimanta, A.R.(Ct.) Item No. 162.
