Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued a gun licence on 20th February, 2023.

Since the prayer in the writ petition was for a direction on the District Magistrate to issue a gun licence in favour of the petitioner, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. W.P.A.3409 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
